UID Supplier Alliance Committee Membership Structure 

(as approved by the USA Committee on 12.14.07)

As a member of UID Suppliers community, you are invited to join the USA Committee. Membership in AIM Global and/or AIM North America is required in order to participate as a Founding and Supporting committee member. Complete details are below. 

To get involved, simply complete the USA Commitment Form. 

Not an AIM NA or AIM Global Member? Simply complete the appropriate membership application: VAR Membership or Manufacturer Membership.  

Founding Member

• Member of AIM Global or AIM North America
• Contribute $2,500 or more to the effort
• Full voting status on the UID Supplier Committee
• Participation in all meetings
• Participation in all legislative/agency visits
• Present at industry events on behalf of the group
• Partake in industry and other media outlet interviews on behalf of the group
• Receives all communications and announcements pertaining to the UID initiative
• Recognition on UID committee collateral material and web page.
• Listing in AIM Buyer’s Guide

Supporting Member

Organizations who have a direct interest in the UID initiative but are unable to commit fully in time and/or resources.

• Member of AIM Global or AIM North America
•  Makes a minimum contribution of $1,000 to the effort
•  Participates in committee work
• Is not eligible to vote
• Receives all communications and announcements pertaining to the UID initiative
• Recognition on UID committee collateral material and web page
• Listing in AIM Buyer’s Guide

Associate Member—Partner/Liaison Member

Organizations who have an indirect interest in the UID initiative and who can provide the committee “gift in kind” services. Examples: Media or consulting groups.  

•  May choose to join AIM Global or AIM North America
•  May choose to make a financial contribution to the effort.
•  Presents a “gift in kind” proposal to the committee in exchange for their committee participation. 
•  Participates in all meetings
•  Not eligible to vote
• Recognition on UID committee collateral material and web page.
• Receives all communications and announcements pertaining to the UID initiative
• No listing in AIM Buyer’s Guide
